"Shipping took forever!!!"
I ordered from Limelush thinking it would show up in a normal amount of time... but wow, the shipping was sooo slow!!! It just sat there for days with basically no real updates, and I kept checking the tracking like, okay?? is this ever moving???
The clothes were fine once they finally got here, so that part wasn’t the issue... but I really needed them sooner, which made the whole thing super frustrating!! I’m not sure I’d order again unless I had a lotttt of extra time to wait

"Exchange was way smoother than I expected"
I needed to swap a dress for a different size the whole thing was such a smooth experience. The return label showed up quickly, they kept me in the loop, and the new dress arrived faster than I thought it would. No hassle at all, which I really appreciated.

I’m not sure if it was just me or if I should’ve ordered differently, but the fit was way smaller than I expected. It ended up being too tight for me, so the sizing felt off.

I used to find more pieces that felt like my style, but lately the selection just feels a little boring to me. Maybe it’s worth checking back when they refresh things, but for now I’d say browse around first before getting your hopes up.

"I did have to wait longer than..."
I did have to wait longer than I expected to hear back, which was a bit frustrating at first. Then out of nowhere—boom, super helpful reply. Once they got back to me, everything made sense and they were easy to deal with.

"Decent site, but a little clunky for me"
In my experience, limelush.com was easy to browse at first, and the photos loaded without any issues. I was able to find a few things I liked, but the filters felt a bit basic to me, so I ended up scrolling more than I wanted to.
Checkout was straightforward, which I appreciated, but the site did feel a little slow on my phone here and there. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, and I’d probably shop there again, but personally I think the site could be smoother and easier to navigate.
